We are often asked...

  • What amenities are included at La Ruée vers l'Aure and Casa di Limoni?

    Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. Villa Solara also features a private pool, while Casa di Limoni has a charming garden and outdoor dining area.

  • How far is the house from the nearest beach?

    Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

  • Is there parking available on site?

    Yes, both Villa Solara and Casa di Limoni have free private parking spaces available for guests.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Is the house suitable for family stays?

    Yes, our house is perfectly suited to families. It offers spacious and comfortable spaces, as well as practical amenities (including social ones) for children. The enclosed terraces allow for relaxing with the family, and give the place an ideal atmosphere for a peaceful vacation.

  • Are pets allowed?

    We love our furry friends, but for the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets in our properties. We thank you for your understanding and hope you have a pleasant stay with us!

  • Do you provide bed linen and towels?

    Yes, we provide bed linen and towels, but this is not included in the rental price. A €70 flat rate is available for linens for 4 people, including fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, 1 tea towel, and a bath mat.

  • Are water and electricity included in the price?

    Water and electricity are included in the rental price, but Stéphane will read the electricity meter upon your arrival and departure. If consumption is excessive, a surcharge may be charged to cover additional costs.

  • Is there a barbecue or outdoor equipment?

    Yes, we provide a barbecue, deckchairs, garden furniture and a parasol, so you can fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and the beauty of the surroundings.
