1. Booking and Payment

The booking becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit (or full amount, depending on your reservation terms). The remaining balance must be paid before arrival, as agreed.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing:

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is due.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in from 4:00 PM.
• Check-out before 10:00 AM, to allow preparation for the next guests. If you need different timings, please contact us in advance.

4. Maximum Occupancy

The house can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional guests may incur extra charges or require alternative accommodation.

5. Use of the Property

• Please respect the peaceful environment and the neighborhood.
• No parties or loud events are allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house but allowed on the terraces.
• Pets are not allowed, unless agreed upon in advance.
  

6. Security Deposit

A €300 deposit may be required. It will be refunded within 7 days after your departure, provided no damage has occurred.

7. Included and Optional Services

• End-of-stay cleaning fee: €60 (mandatory).
• Linen package: €70 (optional).
  

8. Liability

The owner cannot be held responsible for any accidents occurring in the house or on the terraces.

Guests are responsible for the property, furniture, and equipment during their stay.

9. Changes and Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (fire, flood, pandemic, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your stay, with a full refund or an alternative booking offered.
